Leadership in Action | Youth Observers

Empowering young people to become active contributors to policymaking and democratic governance.

The “Leadership in Action” training brought together participants for two days of interactive learning focused on leadership, governance, decision-making, public participation, and advocacy. Through practical sessions, collaborative discussions, and study visits to key institutions, participants strengthened their leadership competencies while gaining first-hand insights into public institutions and policymaking processes.

As part of the Youth Observer Model, the programme aims to equip young people with the knowledge, skills, and networks needed to actively engage in public life and contribute to evidence-based youth policies at both national and regional levels.

The Youth Observer Model is an Erasmus+ Capacity Building in the Field of Youth project, co-funded by the European Union and implemented by Qendra Mesdheu, CCIS Albania, Center for Change Management (CCM), SCiDEV, INDEP, and Eurelations GEIE.
