The Center for Comparative and International Studies (CCIS) has published the First Monitoring, Evaluation, Learning (MEL) and Quality Assurance Report for the CORE-ED Academy project, marking an important milestone in the implementation of the initiative during its first six months.

As leader of Work Package 2 – Quality Assurance and Evaluation, CCIS is responsible for monitoring project implementation, assessing progress across all work packages, and supporting the consortium in maintaining high standards of quality, accountability, and effective project management.

The report highlights key achievements during the project’s initial implementation phase, including the successful launch of the consortium’s activities, the establishment of governance and coordination structures, the completion of planned deliverables, stakeholder consultations and research activities, and the organisation of DACUM workshops that will inform the development of innovative educational curricula in the field of juvenile justice.

Through its Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning framework, CCIS continues to work closely with all project partners to ensure that project activities remain aligned with the project’s objectives, deliver measurable results, and contribute to the long-term impact and sustainability of the CORE-ED Academy initiative.
