Organized within the framework of the Youth Observer Model – A Cross Regional Predictive Model for Youth Policy Shaping, the consultation provided a space for participants to exchange ideas, discuss the challenges facing young people, and share recommendations on strengthening youth participation in decision-making processes.

The discussion focused on the role of young people in local governance, civic engagement, and the importance of ensuring that youth perspectives are reflected in the development of public policies.

The consultation in Shkodra forms part of a broader series of youth consultations taking place across Albania, with the aim of gathering evidence-based recommendations and promoting structured dialogue between young people, public institutions, and civil society.

Through these activities, CCIS continues to support meaningful youth participation and contribute to the development of more inclusive and responsive youth policies.
