The workshop was designed to strengthen participants’ leadership capacities by combining theoretical knowledge with practical skills applicable to both organizational leadership and public policymaking. Through interactive sessions led by experts in leadership, governance, public policy, law, and international relations, participants explored key concepts related to democratic leadership, decision-making, public participation, and conflict management.

The programme provided participants with the opportunity to:

• Strengthen leadership and governance competencies.
• Develop practical skills for policy dialogue and decision-making.
• Enhance collaboration and teamwork in multicultural environments.
• Foster active citizenship and regional cooperation.
• Prepare for leadership roles within their communities and public institutions.

By investing in the leadership potential of young people, the Youth Observer Model contributes to building a new generation of informed, engaged, and responsible leaders committed to democratic governance and evidence-based policymaking.
