Youth Observers in a consultation with state actors and civil society organisations
On 30 June 2025, a youth-led consultation was held in Tirana as part of the “Y-O MODEL: A Cross Regional Predictive Model for Youth Policy Shaping” project, organized by CCIS, SCiDEV, and the Mediterranean Center.

Youth Observers presented key concerns and actionable proposals to institutional and civil society actors. Their insights will contribute to a forthcoming Policy Papers on youth-focused public policy in Albania.
The project, funded by Erasmus+, fosters regional cooperation and youth participation in policy-making across Albania, Kosovo, North Macedonia, and Italy.
