CCIS Publishes the First MEL & Quality Assurance Report for CORE ED Academy

The CCIS team is excited to announce that we have completed and published the First Internal MEL & Quality Assurance Report for the CORE ED Academy Erasmus + EU funded project coordinated from Luarasi University in Albania! As leaders of WP2 – Quality Assurance & Evaluation, we are working closely with all project partners to ensure that every step of the project is implemented with professionalism, integrity, and high standards.

In these first six months, the consortium has shown excellent cooperation and dedication. We successfully launched the project, completed all initial deliverables, built strong governance structures, carried out extensive research and stakeholder interviews, and organised key activities such as the DACUM workshops. CCIS monitored progress across all work packages, reviewed deliverables, coordinated questionnaires, and ensured that the project is well-aligned with its goals. We are proud of the work done so far and grateful for the commitment of all partners who are helping us advance meaningful change in the field of juvenile justice. Together, we continue building a strong and impactful project for the years ahead.
