Roundtable Consultation on Youth Mental Health and the Youth Guarantee under the Erasmus+ Youth Observers Project

Within the framework of the Erasmus+ Youth Observers (Y-Os) project, a roundtable consultation on Youth Mental Health and the Youth Guarantee took place on 21 January.

Representing CCIS, Alba Tema (Youth Observer) presented key insights from our policy paper “Understanding Mental Health of Young People in Albania”, highlighting systemic gaps in youth-friendly services, limited access to support structures, and the need for stronger school- and community-based mental health interventions.

The discussion brought youth-generated evidence and policy recommendations into direct dialogue with institutions, civil society, and academia representatives, reinforcing the importance of coordinated, multi-sectoral action.

This contribution reflects the commitment of the #CCIS team to meaningful youth participation and evidence-based youth policy shaping.

Koordinim dhe Planifikim për Hapat e Radhës të Projektit “Thyerja e Barrierave”

Stafet e Shoqata Kombëtare Shqiptare e Njerëzve që Nuk Dëgjojnë (ANAD) dhe Qendra për Studime Krahasuese dhe Ndërkombëtare (CCIS) u takuan në fillim të janarit për të planifikuar dhe prioritarizuar aktivitetet e radhës në kuadër të zbatimit të projektit “Thyerja e Barrierave: Fuqizimi i të Rinjve që Nuk Dëgjojnë për Punësim Gjithëpërfshirës në Shqipëri”.

Takimi shërbeu për të koordinuar ndërhyrjet konkrete që do të zhvillohen në muajt në vijim, duke vendosur theks të veçantë te:

  • këshillimi dhe orientimi në karrierë për të rinjtë që nuk dëgjojnë,

  • forcimi i bashkëpunimit ndërinstitucional,

  • dhe krijimi i mundësive reale e të qëndrueshme të punësimit.

Me një qasje të bazuar në bashkëpunim dhe angazhim të përbashkët, synojmë të realizojmë objektivat e projektit në mënyrë efektive dhe të kontribuojmë në një treg pune më gjithëpërfshirës për komunitetin e personave që nuk dëgjojnë.

CCIS Appointed Grant Holder of COST Action HUMAN-IT CA 24167

We are proud to announce that CCIS has been appointed as the Grant Holder Institution of COST Action HUMAN-IT, a major European research initiative exploring the future of Human Resource Management, work, and digital transformation.

As Grant Holder, CCIS will assume responsibility for the administrative, financial, and strategic coordination of the Action, ensuring its effective implementation and supporting a dynamic network of researchers and institutions across Europe.

COST Actions are highly competitive European research networks, and this appointment represents an important institutional milestone. It reflects CCIS’ growing role in European research cooperation and our continued commitment to excellence, collaboration, and evidence-based policy and research at the European level.
