CCIS Strengthens Collaboration with Bulgarian Partner for Future Initiatives

As part of its ongoing commitment to meaningful partnerships and networking with like-minded civil society organizations, CCIS continues to engage in strategic meetings and workshops to brainstorm and co-develop new project ideas.
✈️ During a recent visit to Sofia, Bulgaria, our Executive Director Mr. Enis Sokoli and Senior Advisor Prof. Dr. Nevila Xhindi met with Mr. Aleksander Ilchev of the Bulgarian School of Politics (BSoP), a longstanding partner of CCIS in several joint initiatives.
Exciting new plans are underway as both organizations reaffirm their shared vision for impactful regional cooperation.

CCIS at the EDUFAIR Project – Advancing AI in Education

CCIS took part in the EU-funded EDUFAIR workshop at ULSIT in Sofia, Bulgaria
1️⃣ Day 1 introduced the transformative role of AI in education, setting the stage for collaboration.
2️⃣ Day 2 featured expert-led sessions on gamification and AI tools by IR-BAS.
3️⃣ Day 3 focused on open education and open science, followed by a panel discussion and a project managers’ meeting to prepare for the upcoming workshop in Salento.
✨ The event fostered innovation, inclusion, and cross-border collaboration in AI-driven education.

Working meeting in Skopje with our partners from Center for Change Management!

In the framework of the Youth Observers Model – Erasmus+ Capacity Building for Youth project, CCIS and CCM met to reflect on project implementation and set the next steps for deeper engagement of our Youth Observers (Y-Os).
Together, we:
• Planned the upcoming project workshops and study visits in Campobasso in Italy, ensuring all Y-Os are fully prepared and motivated for cross-border collaboration.
• Discussed how to promote knowledge sharing by encouraging youth observers to create and publish more blog articles that amplify their voices in youth policy dialogue. ️
• Reaffirmed our commitment to systemic change by enhancing youth participation in policy-making and promoting sustainable collaboration across the Western Balkans.
As Work Package 2 leaders, CCIS is focused on capacity building and empowering the selected youth to become active changemakers in their communities.

CCIS at the DIGITCRESHE Final Conference in Skopje!

April 2025 starts strong with CCIS participating in the DIGITCRESHE Final Conference, where experts, researchers, and creative industry leaders gathered to discuss the future of the Creative Economy. Beyond driving economic growth, employment, and innovation, creativity plays a crucial role in shaping sustainable development and fostering global competitiveness.
Alongside the conference, CCIS also took part in the DIGITCRESHE Management Meeting, engaging in strategic discussions on sustainability, exploitation, and future collaborations to ensure the long-term impact of the project.
