Working meeting in Skopje with our partners from Center for Change Management!

In the framework of the Youth Observers Model – Erasmus+ Capacity Building for Youth project, CCIS and CCM met to reflect on project implementation and set the next steps for deeper engagement of our Youth Observers (Y-Os).
Together, we:
• Planned the upcoming project workshops and study visits in Campobasso in Italy, ensuring all Y-Os are fully prepared and motivated for cross-border collaboration.
• Discussed how to promote knowledge sharing by encouraging youth observers to create and publish more blog articles that amplify their voices in youth policy dialogue. ️
• Reaffirmed our commitment to systemic change by enhancing youth participation in policy-making and promoting sustainable collaboration across the Western Balkans.
As Work Package 2 leaders, CCIS is focused on capacity building and empowering the selected youth to become active changemakers in their communities.
✨ We are proud of the strong partnership with CCM and the joint vision to raise youth voices higher than ever!
