Youth Voices in Action – Learning from Leaders!

As part of the Y-O MODEL: A Cross-Regional Predictive Model for Youth Policy Shaping – Youth Observers under the ERASMUS-YOUTH-2023 Capacity Building Program, our youth participants had an inspiring study visit on January 31, 2025, exploring youth engagement in policymaking and advocacy in North Macedonia.
️ At the Assembly of the Republic of North Macedonia, our participants engaged in a dynamic discussion with young Members of Parliament from different political parties. They gained firsthand insights into the challenges and opportunities of representing youth interests in policymaking and learned how young leaders are working to be the voice of their generation.
At the National Youth Council of North Macedonia they explored youth advocacy efforts and strategic initiatives aimed at strengthening youth participation in decision-making processes.
At Mladi Hub Skopje, they connected with youth activists and changemakers, learning about innovative youth-led initiatives, networking opportunities, and ways to amplify their impact in their own communities.
