Today is Black Ribbon Day, the European Day of Remembrance for Victims of Stalinism and Nazism.

At CCIS, we honor the memory of those who suffered under totalitarian regimes, while working to ensure that the lessons of history remain alive for new generations. Through our projects and initiatives with young people, we continue to raise awareness on transitional justice in Albania, strengthening the values of democracy and active citizenship.

On this day, we also reaffirm the EU values on which our societies are built: human dignity, freedom, and fundamental rights.
