Selecting materials for trainings for deaf people

Based on the previews consultation with deaf community, due to literacy issues and limited education, one of the problem they face on finding a job and benefiting from the potential opportunities given from government agencies is how to approach them, and how to understand their forms and procedures.
We Sign For Jobs” project, CCIS adviser and ANAD-SHKSHNJND trainers are designing one set of training materials “Finding Employment Opportunities”. The materials will be with short videos in sign language, mainly with figures and illustrations, easy for the deaf community to be understood. The training materials will have information about the employment programs in Albania, how to access them, how to approach ADISA and NESA’s offices in each district, how to search job on line, how to contact local Chamber of Commerce’s.
